Sample loan procedure & conditions
We are pleased to offer you the service of a sample loan. You can let us know which item you are interested in and which samples you would like to see at home.
To ensure that processing runs smoothly and that all interested customers can enjoy this service, the following conditions must be accepted:
- You intend to buy an item from Nordish Living and we will send you one or more product samples by post as soon as possible, which correspond to your wish
- You only pay a shipping fee of CHF 15 for the sample loan. This amount will be credited to you when you order the desired item

The samples and packaging must be handled professionally and with care. Avoid proximity to fire, smoke, dirt, liquids, food, pet dander, cleaning supplies, staining or strong-smelling materials, and other materials with a modifying effect

All samples must be returned two days after receipt. You will be informed of the latest return date on the enclosed sheet

Use the packaging provided for the return shipment. Place the address sheet with the return labels in the document pouch so that all the details are visible. Tape the package tightly and take it to a post office

Contact us immediately if these provisions cannot be complied with for unforeseen reasons

All samples are owned by Nordish Living GmbH and may not be passed on to third parties or used for commercial purposes without consent. Nordish Living reserves the right to refuse a sample loan without justification

If you act in violation of these provisions, you may be entitled to compensation
