Click & Collect collections
Orders can be picked up at both showroom locations. As soon as your order is ready for collection, you will receive a collection invitation by email. Collection is possible within 2 days after receipt of the collection invitation.
Delivery to your living space or office - CHF 50.00
The commissioned moving company brings all packages in the manufacturer's original packaging to your home or office.
Additional services at cost
Additional services such as unpacking and disposal of the packaging, assembly, disposal of old furniture, etc. can be agreed and billed separately.
We cannot offer the installation of lights, please contact an electrician for this.
- Deliveries in mountain and peripheral regions are always offered and charged individually.
Please check in advance whether delivery to your home is possible with two people. If it is not possible to bring the furniture to its destination, for example because the stairwell is too narrow or the lift is too small, we reserve the right to cancel the delivery. Any costs for furniture delivery will also be charged in this case. For deliveries that cannot be transported by 2 men, we reserve the right to charge for the additional costs.

Wrong deliveries & transport damage
The buyer must inform the transport company and Nordish Living GmbH of any incorrect deliveries and damage caused by transport within 3 days of delivery, including photos, using the form or to firstname.lastname@example.org. In the event of damage, the goods including the packaging must be kept unused until the case has been dealt with. The defects must be noted on the delivery note upon delivery.
If 3 days after delivery Nordish Living has not received any notification of incorrect delivery or transport damage, the goods are deemed to have been delivered in perfect condition.
